This 2025 Sprinter 144 was designed for the traveler who prioritizes fuel efficiency and highway miles without sacrificing the ability to stay off-grid for weeks at a time. By utilizing the 2WD chassis, we maximized the available payload for a robust 30-gallon fresh water system and a comprehensive 600Ah lithium power hub. Every element of this build, from the Marathon tweed paneling to the Dometic RTX 2000 AC, was selected to provide a quiet, climate-controlled sanctuary for cross-country expeditions and coastal escapes.

The interior is defined by its clean lines and tactical material choices, featuring Custom Marathon tweed paneling for superior acoustic dampening and a "soft-touch" feel. Underneath the handcrafted Baltic Birch shaker cabinetry is our signature 80/20 extruded aluminum skeleton, ensuring the build remains silent and rigid through years of highway expansion joints and mountain passes. The kitchen galley serves as the functional heart of the van, boasting epoxied butcherblock countertops and a Lagun swivel table, creating a versatile zone for dining, work, or food prep.

All-Electric Autonomy

Engineered for a "no-fuel-dependency" cooking experience, this build utilizes a high-output induction cooktop powered by a 600Ah lithium battery system. To keep the power topped off during long drives, we integrated a 50amp DC-DC alternator charger and 300 watts of solar. Climate resilience is a top priority, featuring the Dometic RTX 2000 12V AC for silent cooling and the Airtronic D2 diesel heater for high-altitude warmth. With 30 gallons of fresh water and a tankless on-demand heater, this rig provides a level of luxury and self-sufficiency rarely seen in a short-wheelbase 2WD platform.
